By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate Bhubaneswar on Dated 6th January 2025, I, Mrs. Lili Bhoi, Address Hanspal, Naharkanta, Pahala, Balianta, Khordha,Odisha-752101, Odisha, have changed my name from "Mili Bhoi" to "Lili Bhoi". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Lili Bhoi" for all purposes.
