By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Notary Public Bhubaneswar on Dated 27th January 2025, I, Mr. Bulei Bastia, Address C/o Abhirama Bastia, resident of VTC-Kaijanga, P.O-Sisilo, Dist.-Khordha, PIN-752100, Odisha, Odisha, have changed my name from "Bulu Bastia" to "Bulei Bastia". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Bulei Bastia" for all purposes.
