By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate Sheragada on Dated 18th April 2024, I, Mrs. Bishnu N Choudhary, Address Vill-Serankuda, PO-Dhanantara, PS-Sheragada Dist-Ganjam Odisha PIN-761106, Odisha, have changed my name from "Bishnu Choudhary" to "Bishnu N Choudhary". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Bishnu N Choudhary" for all purposes.
