By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Notary Public BHUBANESWAR on Dated 28th January 2025, I, Mr. K.V.S. PRAKASH RAO, Address S-1/GA- 122, Nilandri Bihar, Sailshree Vihar, Khorda, Odisha, Pin-751021, Odisha, have changed my name from "VENKATA SURYAPRAKASHRAO KAMABALA" to "K.V.S. PRAKASH RAO". Henceforth, I shall be known as "K.V.S. PRAKASH RAO" for all purposes.
