By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate BANKI on Dated 30th January 2025, I, Mrs. NIRUPAMA DAS, Address NATERI, BAIDESWAR, CUTTACK, ODISHA- 754009, Odisha, have changed my name from "NIRUPAMA GUMANSINGH" to "NIRUPAMA DAS". Henceforth, I shall be known as "NIRUPAMA DAS" for all purposes.
