By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate BALASORE on Dated 26th December 2024, I, Mrs. BABITASHREE DAS, Address AT/PO-JAMSULI,PS-SINGLA,DIST- BALASORE,PIN-756081, Odisha, have changed my name from "BABITASHREE NAYAK" to "BABITASHREE DAS". Henceforth, I shall be known as "BABITASHREE DAS" for all purposes.
