By virtue of an affidavit sworn before Executive Magistrate BHUBANESWAR on Dated 16th December 2024,I, Mrs. PRATIMA PRADHAN, Address HOUSE NO-1421 ,BARADEVI COLONY PATIA STATION ROAD PO- PATIA PS- CHANDRASEKHARPUR, Odisha, have changed my Daughter's name from "PRITY PRIYADARSINI PRADHAN" to "BISHNU PRIYA PRADHAN". Henceforth, She shall be known as "BISHNU PRIYA PRADHAN" for all purposes.
