By virtue of an affidavit sworn before Executive Magistrate BHUBANESWAR on Dated 12th August 2024,I, Mrs. ANITA BEPARI, Address Haldi Padia, Laxmisagar, Bhubaneswar, Khordha, Odisha-751006, Odisha, have changed my Son's name from "ABHIJIT BEPARI" to "SURJIT BEPARI". Henceforth, He shall be known as "SURJIT BEPARI" for all purposes.
