By virtue of an affidavit sworn before Executive Magistrate BANPUR on Dated 24th January 2025,I, Mrs. BANDANI MAHARANA, Address VILLAGE- RANIPADA, PO-KUMARANGASASAN, PS- BANPUR, DIST- KHORDHA, PIN- 752031, Odisha, have changed my Son's name from "OM PRAKASH MAHARANA" to "SUSANKET MAHARANA". Henceforth, He shall be known as "SUSANKET MAHARANA" for all purposes.
