By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Notary Public Cuttack on Dated 28th June 2024, I, Mrs. Jhili Routaray, Address At-Nanapada, Po-Nirakarpur, Dist-khordha, Pin-752019, Odisha, have changed my name from "Jhili Rautaray" to "Jhili Routaray". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Jhili Routaray" for all purposes.
