By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Notary Public Bhubaneswar on Dated 14th February 2025, I, Mrs. Binati Dalei, Address D/o Rabindra Dalei, W/o Rohit Sahoo resident of At- Karabar, P.O-Karabar, P.S.-Fategarh, Dist.-Nayagarh, PIN- 752063, Odisha, Odisha, have changed my name from "Binati Sahoo" to "Binati Dalei". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Binati Dalei" for all purposes.
