By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate Balangir on Dated 13th February 2025, I, Mr. Jagateswar Mishra, Address At-Kushmal,PO-Ambapali,block -Saintala, Dist- Balangir, pin- 767032, Odisha, have changed my name from "Jagat Mishra" to "Jagateswar Mishra". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Jagateswar Mishra" for all purposes.
