By virtue of an affidavit sworn before Executive Magistrate CHAMPUA on Dated 24th February 2025,I, Mr. NIRMAL KUMAR GIRI, Address VILL-FAGU ,PO-RAIKALA ,PS-GHAGARBEDA ,DIST- MAYURBHANJ ,PIN-757035, Odisha, have changed my Son's name from "TANMAY ALIAS CHANDAN GIRI" to "CHANDAN GIRI". Henceforth, He shall be known as "CHANDAN GIRI" for all purposes.
