By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate NIALI on Dated 10th February 2025, I, Mr. SHRIRAM LOCHAN GHOSE, Address VILLAGE-NUAGAN,PO-BUAGAN,PS- NIALI,DIST-CUTTACK,754004, Odisha, have changed my name from "RAM LOCHAN GHOSH" to "SHRIRAM LOCHAN GHOSE". Henceforth, I shall be known as "SHRIRAM LOCHAN GHOSE" for all purposes.
