By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate Erasama on Dated 31st August 2024, I, Mr. Bishnu Mohaptra, Address Vill/PO- Dhinkia, P.S-Abhaychandpur, Dist- Jagatsinghpur, Pin-754141, Odisha, have changed my name from "Bishnu Mandal" to "Bishnu Mohaptra". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Bishnu Mohaptra" for all purposes.
