By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate pipili on Dated 30th January 2025, I, Mr. Baidhar Parida, Address At-Dukhapalli, Po-nuapada,ps-khandapada,dist- Nayagarh, pin-752093,odisha, Odisha, have changed my name from "Sanatana parida" to "Baidhar Parida". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Baidhar Parida" for all purposes.
