By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Notary Public Cuttack on Dated 14th May 2025, I, Mr. Shree Krishnakant Rout, Address At/Po-Gatiroutpatana, PS - CRRI, Dist- Cuttack, ODISHA, 754100, Odisha, have changed my name from "KRUSHNAKANTA ROUT" to "Shree Krishnakant Rout". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Shree Krishnakant Rout" for all purposes.
