By virtue of an affidavit sworn before Executive Magistrate DHARMASALA on Dated 24th February 2025,I, Mr. JATINDRA KUMAR PANDA, Address AT/PO-MIRZAPUR,PS- DHARMASALA,DIST-JAJPUR,ODISHA-755008, Odisha, have changed my Son's name from "ROBERT PANDA" to "RONEET PANDA". Henceforth, He shall be known as "RONEET PANDA" for all purposes.
