By virtue of an affidavit sworn before Executive Magistrate KENDRAPARA on Dated 8th November 2024, I, Mr. SUDARSAN RANA, Address VILLAGE - JOKIA, PO- AKHUA DAKHINI, PS- PATKURA, DIST- KENDRAPARA, PIN- 754228, Odisha, have changed my Son's name from "TAPAN ROUT" to "RAJKUMAR RANA". Henceforth, He shall be known as "RAJKUMAR RANA" for all purposes.
