By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate Banarpal on Dated 27th February 2025, I, Mrs. Beni Devi, Address Village-JhajiriBahal, Po-Bonda, Ps/Via-Banarpal, Dist-Angul, Odisha, Pin-759128, Odisha, have changed my name from "Bini Dehuri" to "Beni Devi". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Beni Devi" for all purposes.
