By virtue of an affidavit sworn before Executive Magistrate BHUBANESWAR on Dated 10th April 2025, I, Mr. PANDUA SARDAR, Address AT-BHAGABEDA ,PO-PASANA ,PS-JAMDA ,DIST- MAYURBHANJ ,PIN-757045, Odisha, have changed my Son's name from "BHANUPRATAP SING SARDAR" to "ARJUN SARDAR". Henceforth, He shall be known as "ARJUN SARDAR" for all purposes.
