Minakshi Kutha Khai Gali Oriya Bazar PO: Buxi Bazar District – Cuttack – 753001, Odisha, have changed my Son's name from "Otal Prayas Rao" to "Seema Prayas Rao". Henceforth, He shall be known as "Seema Prayas Rao" for all purposes.
