By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate Marshaghai on Dated 3rd March 2025, I, Mr. Debabrata Ratha, Address At-Juna Bandhasahi,Po-Marshaghai,Ps- Marshaghai,Dist-Kendrapara,Odisha, Pin-754213., Odisha, have changed my name from "Debendra Ratha" to "Debabrata Ratha". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Debabrata Ratha" for all purposes.
