By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate Bhubaneswar on Dated 1st March 2025, I, Mrs. Anjali rauth, Address At-Bandhasahi, Po-Dasipur,Ps-Rajkanika, , Subdist- Aali, Dist-Kendrapara, Pin-754219, Odisha, have changed my name from "Anjali rout" to "Anjali rauth". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Anjali rauth" for all purposes.
