By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate Bhapur on Dated 3rd March 2025, I, Mrs. Jayanti Parida, Address Village-Malibereni,Po-Kainfulia, Ps-Fategarh,Dist- Nayagarh,Odisha,Pin-752063, Odisha, have changed my name from "Asanti Parida" to "Jayanti Parida". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Jayanti Parida" for all purposes.
