By virtue of an affidavit sworn before Executive Magistrate Bhubaneswar on Dated 5th March 2025, I, Mr. Keshaba Mallick, Address AT-Kalingi, PO-Tajungia, PS-Brahmanigaon, Dist- Kandhamal, Pin-762021, Odisha, declare that I have changed the name of my Son's from "Krish Mallick" to "Arijit Mallick". Henceforth, He shall be known as "Arijit Mallick" for all purposes.
