By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Notary Public Bhubaneswar on Dated 3rd March 2025, I, Mr. Satyanarayan Jain, Address At/Po: Rupra Road, Ps: Narla, Kalahandi, Odisha, Pin: 766101, Odisha, have changed my name from "Satyanarayana Jain" to "Satyanarayan Jain". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Satyanarayan Jain" for all purposes.
