By virtue of an affidavit sworn before Executive Magistrate Jajpur on Dated 3rd May 2025, I, Mrs. Sujata Pradhan, Address Village-Baramania, Po-Gobindpur Kutchery, Ps-Aul,Dist- Kendrapara, Odisha, Pin-755061, Odisha, declare that I have changed the name of my Daughter from "Bigngyasini Pradhan" to "Bijnasini Pradhan". Henceforth, She shall be known as "Bijnasini Pradhan" for all purposes.
