By virtue of an affidavit sworn before Executive Magistrate Cuttack on Dated 12th September 2025, I, Mrs. Mausumi Sukla Dixit, Address New Rausapatna, Buxibazar, Cuttack, Odisha, Pin code - 753001, Odisha, declare that I have changed the name of my Daughter from "SANGNIKA SATAPATHY" to "SAGNIKA SATPATHY". Henceforth, She shall be known as "SAGNIKA SATPATHY" for all purposes.
