By virtue of an affidavit sworn before Executive Magistrate Vyasanagar Jajpur on Dated 21st April 2025, I, Mr. Dhira Panda, Address at-Solapatta , Po-Badabirun Jajpur ,Odisha, pin- 755015, Odisha, declare that I have changed the name of my Son from "Jajati Keshri Panda" to "Rasmiranjan Panda". Henceforth, He shall be known as "Rasmiranjan Panda" for all purposes.
