By virtue of an affidavit sworn before Executive Magistrate TITILAGARH on Dated 23rd April 2025, I, Mr. SAGAR BAG, Address AT-BANKEL,MAHULPADA,PO-BANKEL,PS-TITILAGARH,DIST- BALANGIR,PIN-767037, Odisha, declare that I have changed the name of my Son from "TAPOBANTA BAG" to "TAPABANTA BAG". Henceforth, He shall be known as "TAPABANTA BAG" for all purposes.
