By virtue of an affidavit sworn before Executive Magistrate ATHAGARH on Dated 22nd April 2025, I, Mrs. JAYASHREE NANDA, Address AT-SAGADIPATANA, PO-BARADA, PS- KISHORENAGAR, DIST-CUTTACK, PIN-754131, Odisha, declare that I have changed the name of my Daughter from "RUTUPARNA NANDA" to "SUBHASHREE PRIYADARSINI". Henceforth, She shall be known as "SUBHASHREE PRIYADARSINI" for all purposes.
