By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Notary Public Cuttack on Dated 21st June 2025, I, Mrs. Subhrata Mulia, Address Haripur, Muliasahi, P.O: Buxibazar, P.S: Purighat, Cuttack, Pin: 753001, Odisha, have changed my name from "Rina Mulia" to "Subhrata Mulia". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Subhrata Mulia" for all purposes.
