By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate CHAMPUA on Dated 8th September 2025, I, Mr. RAMAKANTA GIRI, Address At-Budakeshari,Po-Budamara,Ps- Ghagarbeda,Dist-Mayurbhanj,PIN-757035, Odisha, have changed my name from "SINEMA GIRI" to "RAMAKANTA GIRI". Henceforth, I shall be known as "RAMAKANTA GIRI" for all purposes.
