By virtue of an affidavit sworn before Notary Public G Udayagiri Kandhamal on Dated 24th April 2025, I, Mrs. Nina Digal, Address Village-Bedaguba, Po-Gumamaha, Ps-Raikia, Dist- Kandhamal, Odisha, Pin-762101, Odisha, declare that I have changed the name of my Son from "Anvi Digal" to "Aradhana Digal". Henceforth, She shall be known as "Aradhana Digal" for all purposes.
