By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Notary Public Bhubaneswar on Dated 23rd May 2025, I, Mrs. Kajli Mahanto, Address Road Sahi, Golamundala, Sub-District-Kabisuryanagar, Dist.- Ganjam, Odisha, Pin-761104, Odisha, have changed my name from "Kodali Mahunt" to "Kajli Mahanto". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Kajli Mahanto" for all purposes.
