By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate Hindol on Dated 16th September 2025, I, Mrs. Jhilli Sahoo, Address Village-Jhadabandha, Po-Nimabahali, Ps-Balimi, Dist-Dhenkanal, Pin-759121, Odisha, have changed my name from "Annapurna Sahoo" to "Jhilli Sahoo". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Jhilli Sahoo" for all purposes.
