By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate Bhubaneswar on Dated 17th September 2025, I, Mr. Tusharr Ranjan Samal, Address At/Po- Aruha, Ps- Dharmasala, Po- Haridaspur, Dist- Jajpur, Pin-755024, Odisha, have changed my name from "Tushar Ranjan Samal" to "Tusharr Ranjan Samal". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Tusharr Ranjan Samal" for all purposes.
