By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate ANGUL on Dated 29th April 2025, I, Mrs. SNEHALATA SAHU, Address AT-BAULIGARH, PO-ARAHAT, PS-BANARPAL, DIST.- ANGUL, ODISHA - 759128, Odisha, have changed my name from "LATIKA SAHU" to "SNEHALATA SAHU". Henceforth, I shall be known as "SNEHALATA SAHU" for all purposes.
