By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate Tirtol on Dated 25th August 2025, I, Mr. Bibhuti Bhusan Mallick, Address Panchei, Tirtol, Jagatsinghpur, Odisha, have changed my name from "Babaji Charan Mallick" to "Bibhuti Bhusan Mallick". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Bibhuti Bhusan Mallick" for all purposes.
