By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate BHUBANESWAR on Dated 19th August 2025, I, Mr. HINA GOUDA, Address NARAYANPUR, SERAGADA, PATAPUR, DIST - GANJAM, 761106, Odisha, have changed my name from "KUNJA GOUDA" to "HINA GOUDA". Henceforth, I shall be known as "HINA GOUDA" for all purposes.
