By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Notary Public BERHAMPUR on Dated 7th March 2025, I, Mr. PRINCE PANDA, Address At- Goutam Nagar, Lane No-9, Bhabinipur, Berhampur, Ganjam, odisha-761001, Odisha, have changed my name from "PRINCE CHATARJEE" to "PRINCE PANDA". Henceforth, I shall be known as "PRINCE PANDA" for all purposes.
