By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate Darpan on Dated 9th May 2025, I, Mrs. Swarna Prava Mahunta, Address At/Po- Chandia, Ps- Balichandrapur, Dist- Jajpur, Odisha, 754292, Odisha, have changed my name from "Swarnalata Mahunta" to "Swarna Prava Mahunta". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Swarna Prava Mahunta" for all purposes.
