By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate Tirtol on Dated 30th July 2025, I, Mrs. Sainaj Bibi, Address At/Post Office - Rasulpur, Via - Naliber, District - Jagatsinghpur, Pin 754104, Odisha, have changed my name from "Sahenaj Begum" to "Sainaj Bibi". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Sainaj Bibi" for all purposes.
