NOTIFICATION
The 20th March 2023
No. 6340—PT1-HFW-SCH-I-MISC-0052/2022-H.—In continuation to this Department Notification No. 4074/H, dated the 21st February 2023, Government have been pleased to lay down the following procedures for implementation of 5T initiative of "Ama Hospital" and its timely completion :—
1. Collectors are authorised to accord full Administrative Approval in respect of all expenditure under the Scheme "Ama Hospital". The provision laid down in the 3rd paragraph of the Notification No. 4074/H, dated the 21st February 2023 stands modified to this extent.
2. The District Level Committee (DLC) is authorised to take decision at their level for allocation of Ama Hospital works to PWD or for departmental execution or through any other selected agency, maintaining transparent procedure, if required in the interest of timely completion of the work.
3. The role and responsibilities of the District Level Committee are as under :—
(cid:127) Finalisation and approval of institution-wise work.
(cid:127) Finalising the execution modalities of works
(cid:127) Review of the progress of the works on monthly basis.
(cid:127) Field visit for on spot verification of quality of works.
(cid:127) To ensure documentation of the transformation of the health facility (pre/post implementation) through photographs, video etc.
(cid:127) Submission of Utilisation Certificate (UC) to the department through DHS(O).
(cid:127) To ensure all the essential services in the facility within the stipulated time line (cid:127) Any other work assigned time to time by the Department/Directorates.
