No. 2348—GOV-HE-UIX-0003/2022-SG(HE.)—In exercise of power conferred under sub- section (1) read with sub-section 5 of Section 9 of Biju Patnaik University of Technology Act, 2022, Hon'ble Chancellor, Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha, Rourkela, has been pleased to appoint Prof. Amiya Kumar Rath as Vice-Chancellor of Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha, Rourkela for the period of five years with effect from the date he assumes the charge as such or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
