WITHDRAWAL NOTIFICATION

No. 5844(cid:650)RDM-LAC-DKNL-0039-2014/R&DM(cid:650)In exercise of the powers conferred under section 93(1) of the RFCTLAR&R Act,2013, the State Government do hereby withdraw Ac. 1.04 of land as per schedule below out of total area Ac. 1.04 covered by Revenue & Disaster Management Department Notification No.38158 dated 03.10.2013 and Declaration No.31624 dated 25.10.2014 published in the extraordinary issue of Odisha Gazette vide No.2001 dated 17.10.2013 and No.1678 dated 03.11.2014 respectively and for which an order has already been issued u/s-7 vide Revenue and Disaster Management Department letter No.2211 dated 21.01.2016 for establishment of Industry(Ash Pipe Corridor) by IDCO in village- Beruanpalof Dhenkanal District.
