No. 8854—FE-ENV1-CASE-0015/2022-FE&CC—In pursuance of the directions of the Hon'ble National Green Tribunal, Eastern Zone Bench, New Delhi, dated the 17th April 2023 contained in Para 23 and 24 of the said direction in O.A. No. 139/2022/EZ, the Government is pleased to constitute a committee under the Chairmanship of the Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Forest, Environment and Climate Change Department with the following members :—

7. Member-Secretary, State Pollution Control Board, Odisha . . Member-Secretary/

The Committee shall hold its 1st meeting positively before the 2nd May 2023 and thereafter as and when it deems appropriate to ensure compliance of the directions of the Tribunal. The Committee shall also take into consideration the directions given in the MOEF&CC Notification, dated June, 2016.
