NOTIFICATION
The 4th May 2023
No. 10533—PT2-HFW-MEI-CASE-0044/2018-H—On the recommendation of the Odisha Public Service Commission pursuant to the advertisement No. 15 of 2015-16, the below-mentioned candidate is hereby appointed temporarily as Assistant Professor in the discipline of Clinical Haematology under OMES Cadre of Health and Family Welfare Department in the Academic Level 12 of First Schedule of this Department Notification No. 33012, dated the 16th December 2019 with other allowances as admissible from time to time from the date of his actual joining in the post or until further orders. Upon such appointment, he is posted at SCB MCH, Cuttack.
1. The appointment is purely temporary and terminable at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reason thereof. His service is transferable and comes under the purview of the transfer policy for his posting in the new Government Medical Colleges, as and when required.
2. The appointee shall be on probation for a period of one year.

4. The appointee is hereby directed to furnish his details of past engagements (name of the post, nature (Temporary/Permanent), type (Deputation/Deployment) and Name and Address of the Institute). if any, within 07 (seven) days from the issue of this Notification through email [email protected] for taking necessary steps for his early relieve from Medical College and Hospital of the State of Odisha/acceptance of his resignation from OMHS Cadre, if required.

If the appointee is already appointed permanently/substantively in any cadre of the State or Central Government, he is required to join at the place of posting within 30 (thirty) days positively from the date of issue of this Notification along with orders of acceptance of their resignations/ relieve orders from the competent authorities.
2. If the appointee is a direct candidate, he is required to join at the place of posting within 15 (fifteen) days positively from the date of issue of this Notification.
3. The orders of appointment shall stand automatically cancelled, if the appointee does not join at the place of posting within the stipulated time.
4. The Competent Authorities of the Government Medical College and Hospital are hereby requested to accept the joining report of appointed doctor after due verification of relieving orders/ acceptance of the resignations, if any by observing due procedure as per Rules and Regulations in case of the appointees appointed permanently/substantively in any other cadre of the State or Central Government.
