NOTIFICATION
The 9th May 2023
S.R.O. No. 246/2023—Shri Benudhar Patra, O.S.J.S. at present Judge, Family Court, Bolangir whose service have been placed at the disposal of Labour & E.S.I. Department by Home Department vide their Notification No. 19255/HS., dated the 8th May 2023, is hereby appointed as Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal, Odisha, Bhubaneswar.
The period to deputation of Shri Patra, O.S.J.S. shall not ordinarily exceed three years from the date he joins in the said post.
Further, in exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 7(A) of I.D. Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), Shri Benudhar Patra, O.S.J.S. is authorized to act as Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal, Odisha, Bhubaneswar.
